Protect your feet

Before walking in am or pm apply thin layer of vasoline to bottom of foot & heel, this will reduce chance of blisters, also get a gel inset for your shoes if walking daily, have a sanck before your walk if walking 30 to 45 min, keep blood sugar balanced, always drink water befor & after you walk.

 

Reduce dizziness and improve balance

Stand in front of mirror and march in place raising opposite arm & opposite leg while marching in place, do for 5 min at least 2 x a day am, & pm some of you will raise same arm same leg as you walk if you do stop & watch in mirror and go slower & return to opposite arm opposite leg,

 

Help with Snoring

If you snore at night, Dip a Q-Tip in olive oil and swab the inside of your nasal cavity! This will keep moisture in the nose. – During the day, use a straw to drink your fluids (not coffee, of course). This will activate muscles of the palate & increase airway flow so you can breathe easier at night! Also gargle 30 sec. with H2O, 3 times a day to reduce snoring!

Get up in am, smile for 1 minute in front of mirror, drink 8 oz glass of water can be room temp or warm, stimulate bowels, sit or stand, inhale thru nose for 5 sec count , exhale thru mouth 5 sec do as many as you can if get lightheaded stop, do 5 x a day build up to 10 reps each time. eat breakfast within 30 min to 1 hr after get up to balance blood sugar.
